Ways of payment

You can pay using two different methods:  either by a bank transfer or PayPal  using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and even money placed into your Paypal account.

If you choose to do a bank transfer please contact us before you purchase.

What is Paypal?

PayPal enables any company or individual holding an email account to send or receive money online in a way that is safe, convenient and cost free. It can be used in any electronic device (computer, mobile or tablet) with internet access.

PayPal uses the existing banking structure (bank accounts, credit cards) to create a form of payment in real time. The wide acceptance of PayPal all over the world makes it one of the most used nowadays, including at online auctions, eBay, purchase of gadgets, home equipment, etc.

How does it work?

PayPal is extremely safe and therefore one of the preferred methods of online payment. You can make a purchase in most websites without having to disclose your financial information to another third party. All you have to do is register at the PayPal website and associate to your account the credit cards you  wish to use. With PayPal you can use your VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

How can I pay with PayPal at Mercado?

If you use PayPal, your purchase at Mercado will redirect you to their secure website.

If you already have an account all you have to do is log in. If you are a first time user you will have to register.

How to buy?

After adding the desired products to the shopping cart you should register and submit your information.

When do I get my order?

The delivery times vary according to the product dispatched. The client will be notified by email when payment clears and when the package is sent.

What if the product I ordered is sold out or discontinued?

In case there is not enough stock or the product has been discontinued you can cancel your order and the full amount charged will be returned to your account.

How do I receive my package?

Through a delivery company chosen by Mercado at the address you provided.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel it up to 4 hours after receiving the email confirming the purchase.

Should the product require, is set up included in the price?

Mercado has no set up service, therefore it is not included.

Return policy and faulty items

Products cannot be returned except if they are faulty. In this case it should be immediately returned to the delivery company at the time of delivery.
